Jason Freeland and Tim Youd have an extensive background in business
operation, production, direct marketing, internet development and in the New Age marketplace.
Freeland and Youd have partnered since 1992, when they began producing
numerous infomercials and direct response commercials, including
the Psychic Friends Network. Other infomercials they were involved
with include Barbara DeAngeles’ Making Love Work, and Get Married Now.
Freeland has also written and directed the feature film adaptation
of James Ellroy’s Brown’s Requiem, which Youd produced.
They are currently in post production on their second feature, Garden Party. Freeland holds a bachelors degree from
University of Pennsylvania and an MFA from USC’s School of
Film and Television. Youd holds a bachelors degree from the College
of the Holy Cross. |

Tom is a veteran entertainment, media, and technology executive with over two
decades of diverse corporate and entrepreneurial operational experience. Tom
was a founding partner of SW14 Group LLC, a management consultancy focused
on marketing strategy and business development. He also served as President
and COO of Radical Communication Inc., a pioneer in plug-in free audio/video
content delivery for use in Internet marketing and communications. Prior to
that, Tom spent more than 12 years in several key U.S. and international executive
positions within the Walt Disney Company. Before joining Disney, Tom began
his career at Mattel Toys working in sales, operations/manufacturing, and marketing.
He holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the State University
of New York at Fredonia and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.
Tom is a member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences – Interactive
Media Peer Group, and has been a guest lecturer at U.S.C.’s
Annenberg Graduate School of Communication focused on the topics
of entertainment, media, and technology. |

Vim Mahadevan oversees the software development, information technology and database groups.
For the last ten years he has worked in the Internet and
calling card industries, bridging the telephone with databases and the web.
Before joining the company in 2004, Vim spent six years at Main Street Media
where he was responsible for technology, billing, and reporting, and led
technical development of the 800predict.com and Psychic Encounters brands.
Prior to that he was at Keen.com and also spent six years at UCLA developing a foreign language database that has been called a "national
treasure". He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
from the University of California at Davis.

David joined the company in December of 2007 with over 20 years of entertainment and technology experience.
Prior to joining Outlook, David founded and directed the in-house web development team for the largest music
company in the world, the Universal Music Group. Additionally, he has provided technology and new media consulting
services to a variety of entertainment companies ranging from MGM/UA to Universal Studios.
David graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

David Azzarello joined the company in December 2006 to oversee the marketing department.
David has extensive experience in sales and marketing, with a career beginning in
direct-to-consumer sales. Prior to joining Outlook Amusements, Inc., David managed
the online marketing department and affiliate programs at CarsDirect.com, an Internet
Brands company, following years of growing and managing the company's financing
and sales teams. David attended Columbia College in Chicago, Illinois, where he
received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Television and Business.

Carlos Fletes is responsible for the planning, oversight and management of the Customer Service,
Credit, and Training teams. Prior to joining the company in January 2005,
Carlos was the Senior Manager of Installation Services at EarthLink, Inc,
where he managed the Technical Support and Customer Service teams supporting
High Speed Internet customers. Carlos attended the University of California,
Santa Barbara, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology.

Lynn Hopper is responsible for the company’s recruiting efforts,
employee retention, benefits compilation, labor law compliance and
company policies and procedures. Prior to joining the company in
November 2004, Lynn spent the early part of her career working in
organized labor and then transitioned to a corporate environment
where she managed the Human Resources and Finances Departments of
the U.S. branch of Computer Patent Annuities – the world’s
leading trademark and patent renewal company. Lynn later gained a
strong background in recruiting when she worked as a Recruiting Manager
for Robert Half Finance & Accounting, one of the foremost staffing
and recruiting firms in the country. Lynn received her Bachelor of
Arts in Sociology from the University of Missouri.

Charles Spencer joined Outlook Amusements, Inc. as Controller in January 2006
after a brief period consulting for the company. Prior to joining Outlook
Amusements, Charles spent several years working as a consultant in a variety
of companies. These positions ranged from Sarbanes-Oxley compliance work
for a large international manufacturer to corporate finance for a television
network. Before entering the consulting field Charles held the positions of
Controller and Chief Financial Officer in the entertainment and advertising industries.
Charles graduated from California Sate University Northridge with a Bachelor of
Science in Business Administration.
